Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency care to patients in a manufacturing plant environment
- Conduct patient assessments and determine appropriate treatment plans and work with plant HR/Labor to ensure safe and efficient RTW, Case Management
- Perform physicals, RTW, FMLA
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with licenses, including BCLS

Skills:
- Proficient in emergency medicine procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with medical office operations in a manufacturing plant preferred
- Strong patient assessment skills to quickly diagnose and treat various conditions
- Understanding of workers compensation, lost work days

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
