Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipelayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and maintenance of sewer and water pipelines, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of various tools and techniques used in pipeline construction, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on job sites.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain pipelines for water and sewer distribution systems.
Utilize tools like pipe lasers for precise alignment of pipes.
Conduct utility locating to identify existing underground utilities before excavation.
Perform regular inspections of installed pipelines to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pipelayer or in a related field.
Knowledge of pipeline construction methods and materials.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to pipeline layouts not required, but preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including digging and lifting heavy materials.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proven track record of consistent safe work practices
