Casa Pasha is an upscale, Japanese-inspired dining destination focused on exceptional cuisine, disciplined execution, & genuine hospitality. Our menu features premium steaks, fresh seafood, handcrafted sushi, & elevated classics in a high-energy professional environment.

We are looking for Line Cooks who take pride in their work, understand the importance of consistency, & can execute with focus & composure during service. This is an opportunity to join a new culinary team & help establish the standards of our kitchen from the beginning.

At Casa Pasha, Our Standards provide a shared framework for how we operate, how we treat people, & how we make decisions. We expect every team member to contribute to a professional, respectful, & team-oriented kitchen.

What You'll Do

Execute menu items according to Casa Pasha recipes, specifications, & presentation standards.
Maintain consistency, quality, & proper portioning throughout service.
Complete station setup, preparation, & organization before service.
Maintain proper stock levels throughout the shift.
Communicate clearly with chefs & teammates during service.
Monitor product quality & communicate concerns immediately.
Maintain a clean, organized, & properly stocked station.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, & food safety procedures.
Assist with daily prep, breakdown, cleaning, & kitchen organization.
Support other stations & team members when needed.
Help maintain smooth kitchen operations before, during, & after service.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous line cook experience; fine dining experience is preferred.
Takes pride in consistency, quality, & attention to detail.
Is organized, prepared, & able to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
Pays attention to what is happening around them & responds without always needing direction.
Works well as part of a team & is willing to help where needed.
Communicates clearly & respectfully with both culinary leadership & teammates.
Takes responsibility for their work & owns mistakes when they happen.
Remains composed & professional under pressure.
Is receptive to feedback & committed to improving their skills.
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, & efficient station.
Is available to work evenings, weekends, & holidays.
