Full Job Description

```Duties:```
- Serve legal documents to individuals involved in court cases
- Ensure that documents are delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all served documents
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to each service
- Follow all legal requirements and guidelines for serving documents
- - Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

```Skills:```
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a high volume of cases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of legal documents
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding process serving
- Proficient in using technology for document tracking and reporting

Note: Previous experience as a courier or working with legal documents is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Position is for all of Huron County.

This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Applicant must also be able to pass a background check.
