Ready to swap a "job" for a lifelong professional career? Qualfon is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Onsite Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing Program.

Forget the stress of self-study or unpaid training. We provide the classroom, the experts, and the paycheck while you learn. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of the insurance industry, ensuring you transition into call center professional to a Licensed P&C Insurance Expert in no time.

Earn While You Learn: No license? No problem. We provide up to 64 hours of paid Pre-Licensing Training Program. We cover the costs while you focus on passing your exam.
A Clear Raise on Day One of Licensing: Start at a $18 per hour during training and see an immediate jump to $23.50/hr once you become licensed.
Service-First (No Cold Calling!): We focus on helping customers who need us. You’ll support clients with quotes, policy changes, and coverage updates—no aggressive "cold" sales required.
Expand Your Portfolio: Already have a Life or Health license? This is the perfect way to add P&C to your credentials and increase your market value.

**You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Metro Detroit area.**

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Expert Guidance: Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Compensation:
- Training Phase: $18.00/hr up to 64 hours
- Licensed Phase: $23.50/hr (upon passing the state exam)
