We are currently seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping clients gain deeper insight into their cognitive, emotional, developmental, and behavioral functioning through comprehensive psychological assessment services.
The ideal candidate has experience administering, scoring, interpreting, and assisting with reports for psychological, neuropsychological, developmental, educational, and personality assessments.

Our administrative team handles credentialing, billing, insurance verification, and referral coordination so you can focus your energy on delivering high-quality clinical services and building meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications
- Must reside in Michigan.
- Experience preferred; strong early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Current Michigan licensure as a Limited License Psychologist (LLP), Master's Limited Psychologist (MLP), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
- Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment approaches, and clinical documentation.
- Experience working with diverse populations across varying ages, backgrounds, and cultural identities.
- Ability to establish trusting, compassionate, and empowering relationships with clients.
- Appropriate training and experience administering psychological, developmental, educational, and personality assessment instruments (ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism Testing Experience preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Administer, score, and assist in the interpretation of psychological, developmental, educational, and personality assessments under the supervision of a licensed psychologist (if applicable).
- Conduct and document behavioral observations during assessment sessions.
- Assist clients with intake paperwork, questionnaires, and testing materials as needed.
- Review assessment-related documentation with clients when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough client records.
- Uphold HIPAA, PHI, and confidentiality standards in all aspects of service delivery and documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with outpatient providers and treatment team members as clinically appropriate.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain testing materials and assessment resources.
- Participate in staff meetings, peer consultation opportunities, and team collaboration activities.
- Follow all clinical, ethical, and organizational policies and procedures.
