In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our innovative café, delivering exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming café experience
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures
Assist with food service tasks such as food prep, serving snacks or light bites, and ensuring quality presentation
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers swiftly while maintaining high standards

Requirements

Prior barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently
Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience in the food industry or café environment is advantageous
Basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management
