Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling legal tax resolution services. However, we are also open to candidates who have demonstrated success in selling professional or financial services and possess strong consultative sales skills. The successful candidate will be relationship-focused, goal-oriented, and committed to helping clients find effective solutions to meet their needs.

This role involves consulting with prospective clients, understanding their financial and tax challenges, educating them on available solutions, and helping them take the next steps toward resolving their tax or debt-related issues.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, persuasive, consultative, and skilled at building trust with clients facing stressful financial situations.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with prospective clients regarding tax and financial resolution services.
Assess client needs and determine eligibility for available programs and services.
Explain legal tax resolution options, including IRS payment plans, Offers in Compromise, penalty abatements, and other resolution strategies.
Convert qualified leads into retained clients.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients.
Build rapport and establish trust with individuals facing tax and financial challenges.
Work closely with attorneys, enrolled agents, and tax professionals to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems.
Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
Stay current on tax relief services, industry trends, and company offerings.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities simultaneously.
Comfortable discussing sensitive financial situations with clients.
