Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our fast-paced office team. Key areas of responsibility include high volume accounts payable processing, accounts receivable support, preparing reports, and general office organization/administration. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with the ability to solve problems and communicate in a professional manner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced construction environment while applying your strong accounting skills and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Included but not limited to:

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable / Billing Support
Payroll Support and Reporting
Office Administration
Compiling and Producing Reports (Weekly, Monthly)
Credit Applications
Human Resources Administrative Support
Annual Audit Support
Sharing in Answering Phones; Copy; Scan; Filing Documents
Greet and Direct Visitors in a Professional and Friendly Manner
Other Related Responsibilities as Assigned

Requirements :

Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
5-10 Years of Accounts Payable experience
Microsoft Office and accounting systems proficiency
Attention to detail and solid problem solving skills
Organized, adaptable, team player
Drive for results and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in construction or field operations office environments preferred

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
