Formed Physical Therapy & Wellness
$18–25/hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities may include:

Answering phones, texts, and emails
Scheduling patient appointments
Providing an outstanding experience for every patient who contacts or visits our clinic
Managing patient records and administrative systems accurately
Supporting marketing initiatives, newsletters, and community events
Helping improve our systems and processes
Keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes
Laughing with the team, celebrating wins, and helping create a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of

Position Details

Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
$18–25/hour depending on experience
Flexible schedule
