Marketing Manager POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Marketing Manager to lead the vision, direction, and overall performance of the centralized marketing department supporting Savy & Sons, Aligned Elevator, Jean's Waterproofing (JWI), and ECRR.

This role serves as the primary marketing resource for executive leadership, balancing business priorities with marketing strategy to drive measurable growth across all four companies.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys developing people, building scalable systems, making data-driven decisions, and creating alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
OBJECTIVES

- Strategic vendor relationships are productive, responsive, and aligned with departmental objectives.
- Marketing performance is measured consistently, reported effectively, and used to drive continuous improvement.
- Executive leadership has confidence that the marketing department is organized, proactive, and operating with long-term strategy rather than reacting to day-to-day requests.
