Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience, support daily front desk operations, and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in records and transactions
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
Provide information about services, policies, amenities, and local area resources as needed
Handle reservations, schedule changes, and guest requests with attention to detail
Assist with resolving concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Maintain an organized front desk area and support office supplies and records management
Communicate important updates to internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Process payments, receipts, and other routine administrative tasks accurately
Follow company procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or administrative support preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy environment
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using scheduling or reservation systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality service
