Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Duties:
- Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific medication therapy plans
- Provide drug information to healthcare staff and patients
- Monitor patient medication therapy for efficacy and safety
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and provide recommendations on medication management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active pharmacy license in the state of [LOCATION]
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical management, and patient service
- Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems
