We're looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key member of a high-performing legal team.

What You'll Own

You'll be involved in the litigation process from inception through trial, partnering closely with attorneys on a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and discovery responses
Managing case files and litigation calendars
Filing documents with state and federal courts
Coordinating depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules
Organizing document productions and exhibits
Preparing trial binders and supporting attorneys during trial preparation
Communicating with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
Tracking deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of New York civil litigation procedures
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to juggle multiple cases and competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-first attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your cases
