Availability Requirement (ALL ROLES)
Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. These positions support live dining service and event execution and require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
A LA CARTE DINING POSITIONS
Server (A La Carte) – $16.00/hr
Experience Requirement: 2 years of FOH experience preferred
Job Overview
The A La Carte Server is responsible for greeting members and guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving items according to established steps of service, preparing itemized checks, and processing payments. This role requires professionalism, reliability, strong menu knowledge, and strict adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Inform guests of daily specials and make recommendations upon request
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare itemized checks, total charges, and process payments
- Verify identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Refuse alcohol service when appropriate in accordance with policy and law
- Remove dishes and glassware and deliver them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Stock service stations with food, beverages, linens, and supplies
- Answer phones and record reservations when needed
- Follow station assignments, table numbers, and established steps of service
- Open and close service areas using established checklists
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress standards
- Communicate service issues or guest concerns to the Manager on Duty
- Work collaboratively with server assistants and management
Line Cook – $19.00–$22.00/hr
Experience Requirement: 1 year of BOH experience preferred
Job Overview:
Line Cooks are responsible for producing and plating appetizers, salads, and entrees to the high-quality standards set by the Executive Chef and management. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

- Prepare, plate, and present menu items accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ensure food quality and guest satisfaction
Physical Requirements:
- Withstand temperatures from 0°F to 100°F for extended periods
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs. over distances up to 100 ft.
- Walk and stand for periods up to 5 hours
- Respond to verbal instructions and visual cues in a busy environment
Education Requirements:
High school diploma preferred; may be waived with relevant experience. Must be 18 years or older.
Pizza Maker – $18.00–$20.00/hr
Experience Requirement: 1 year of commercial pizza-making experience preferred

The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting kitchen operations efficiently.

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
- Monitor pizza oven temperatures and cooking times
- Produce pizzas following company recipes and standards
- Plate or package pizzas accurately and attractively
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and dispose of expired items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

The Prep Cook/Dishwasher plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations. This dual-role involves preparing ingredients for line cooks, maintaining food quality, and ensuring all kitchenware is clean and organized.
Essential Job Functions – Prep Cook:
- Chop, dice, and prepare ingredients for line cooks
- Maintain portion control and adhere to food quality standards
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Essential Job Functions – Dishwasher:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Assist with kitchen cleaning, including floors and trash removal
- Unload and store deliveries properly
- Support FOH staff during high-volume periods
