Colin’s Lodge is a recreation and enrichment program for young adults with cognitive differences. Its facility, located outside Dayton in Sugarcreek Township, is open evenings and weekends as a unique and safe environment for friends to meet and develop/reinforce life and social skills through a variety of activities.

The member engagement staff’s main function will be to facilitate programming and supervise all member activities. Staff members must be able to meet the physical and emotional demands of this program. Certification on CPR, FA and AED are needed.

With an understanding of Colin’s Lodge member-centric philosophy, staff members must be able to display sound judgment, accountability, and a cheerful outlook. They must be able to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

· Function as a positive role model and mentor.

· Engage in program activities to improve/enhance the member experience.

· Ensure the welfare and safety of all members enrolled at Colin’s Lodge.

· Implement standards, guidelines, and programs including but not limited to sporting activities, art/dance and others as needed.

· Provide excellence in program service and delivery.

Job Type: Part-time 18-25 hours per week

Hours: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 4-8:30 and some Fridays and Saturdays

Pay: $15-$20 per hour

Education:

High School or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 25.0 per week

Ability to Relocate:

Bellbrook, OH 45305: Relocate before starting work (Required)
