Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the entire culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences while maintaining consistency and quality
Oversee food production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes across all service areas
Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and flawless execution
Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to standards, and exceptional service delivery
Train staff on food handling, safety procedures, and culinary techniques to enhance skills and maintain high standards

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising diverse kitchen teams
Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary department standards
Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food management strategies
Experience managing inventory control, food production, and catering logistics
Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee shift management and kitchen operations effectively
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments within the hospitality industry
