Clinical Manager (RN) – Central Staffing Office (No Patient Care)

On-site | Cincinnati, OH (4600 Montgomery Rd)

12-hour shifts or 8 hour shifts | Days | Flexible scheduling

About the Role

Prolink is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Central Staffing Office team. This is a non-clinical, office-based role where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure hospital units are appropriately staffed—without direct patient care.

You’ll support a hospital system in the Eastern Time Zone by coordinating staffing needs, managing call-offs, and reallocating staff in real time.

What You’ll Do

Monitor unit staffing levels in real time
Reassign (float) RNs and support staff based on needs
Respond to staffing requests and employee call-offs
Problem-solve staffing gaps or overages
Partner with hospital leadership via phone/email
Work in a 24/7 staffing coordination environment

Schedule Options

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Or 8:00AM- 5:00PM ($44/hr)
Every other weekend required
Holiday rotation (time and a half pay)

Weekend Differential: +$10/hr (Saturday/Sunday)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay
120 hours PTO annually
Full benefits through Prolink
Long-term role (minimum 1-year commitment)

Qualifications

Active RN license (unencumbered; any state accepted)
Acute care experience required
Background in one of the following:
Unit Manager
House Supervisor
Charge RN (ICU/ED preferred, 5+ years experience)

Not eligible: Skilled Nursing, LTAC, or Rehab-only backgrounds

Preferred Skills

Strong decision-making under pressure
Tech-savvy; comfortable with staffing systems
Experience with UKG/Kronos or HRIS platforms preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Training & Onboarding

Start Date: Late June or July options available
3 weeks of paid training
Weekdays only
2–3 days per week
Led by Prolink leadership and internal team

Work Environment

Business casual (tennis shoes acceptable)
Office-based at Prolink HQ (no hospital on-site work)
Dedicated workspace with team support
