CARPENTERS: LEAD GUTTER INSTALLER WANTED
We're Looking for the Gutter Team Lead.
Storm Master Exteriors has a capable gutter crew that knows how to install. We're looking for an experienced gutter professional who knows this trade inside and out to lead them.
If you’re the kind of person who can look at a house, understand the job, organize the crew, solve problems, and take a gutter project from start to finish without needing someone standing over their shoulder, we want to talk to you.
YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR WAY AROUND:
✔ Seamless gutter installation
✔ Measuring, layout, pitch and drainage
✔ Downspout placement and water management
✔ Inside/outside corners and miters
✔ Fascia conditions and necessary repairs
✔ Difficult rooflines and problem areas
✔ Material planning and jobsite setup
✔ Troubleshooting existing gutter problems
✔ Clean, professional installation and finish work
But knowing how to hang gutters isn't enough.
We're looking for a leader.
Someone who can arrive at the job, understand the scope, get the crew moving, maintain quality, communicate when something changes, solve what needs solving, and leave behind a finished project everyone can be proud of.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✔ Has extensive hands-on gutter experience
✔ Has led crews or gutter installations before
✔ Can run jobs independently from start to finish
✔ Plans ahead instead of waiting for problems
✔ Holds a high standard for workmanship
✔ Knows how to lead good workers without babysitting them
✔ Communicates clearly with the crew, production team and customers
✔ Takes ownership when a job has their name on it
You don't need somebody telling you how to install gutters. You need the materials, the scope, a capable crew and room to do what you know how to do.
So if you've spent years becoming “the gutter guy,” or person people call when the layout is complicated, the water isn't moving right, the crew needs direction, or somebody simply needs to figure it out, you’re exactly what we are looking for.
