Have a strong understanding of hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, sales, and guest services.

Have experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service or select-service hotel environment.
Have experience with Hilton brand standards or similar major hotel brands.
Bring strong leadership skills and a passion for building and mentoring teams.
Understand hotel financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
Have experience leading hotel openings, transitions, or major renovations.
Bring professionalism, integrity, and a genuine love for hospitality to everything you do.

What You’ll Do

Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of DoubleTree by Hilton Midland.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences that align with Hilton brand standards and Coury Hospitality values.
Oversee all operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Sales.
Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Partner with ownership and Coury Hospitality leadership to achieve strategic goals.
Build strong relationships with the local Midland community and business partners.
