Full Job Description

Overview
We’re seeking an experienced HSE Professional to lead our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong oilfield experience, the ability to train and mentor, and the skills to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and job site visits.
Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Track safety KPIs, analyze trends, and develop action plans for improvement.
Provide safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and client safety requirements.
Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain regulatory documentation.
Keep reporting programs in compliance through Veriforce One, ISNetworld, etc.
Serve as the primary safety contact for regulatory agencies, clients, and field crews.

Qualifications

5+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry (upstream preferred).
Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and industry-specific safety standards.
Proven ability to investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
Relevant safety certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
Ability to work in a team environment.
