Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing platforms like Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate the hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Manage talent pipelines through proactive research, social media management, and campus recruitment initiatives to ensure a steady flow of top-tier applicants.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and streamline the selection process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, and HRIS tools like Kronos and Paychex to maintain accurate records of candidate activity.
Lead employment & labor law compliance efforts during recruitment activities and ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards.
Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, contract management, and employee evaluation procedures to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

Experience

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with familiarity in HR sourcing techniques and executive recruiting strategies.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) including Workday, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, and Salesforce.
Demonstrated ability in interviewing techniques, negotiation skills, and effective communication across diverse audiences.
Experience with HR management software such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, and Paychex is highly desirable.
Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
Background in campus recruitment or training & development initiatives is a plus.
