NOW HIRING – CNC Machinist
Mescalero Manufacturing – Odessa, TX

Mescalero Manufacturing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Odessa, Texas. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts for the oil and gas industry.

Position Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Preferred Qualifications

CNC machining experience required.
Ability to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances.
Experience with Fanuc controls is preferred.
Knowledge of machining alloy and stainless steels is a plus.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
