Summary
As a Mudlogger/Wellsite Geologist, you will be integral to the exploration and production of natural resources, focusing on data analysis and research data collection. Reporting to the project manager, your role involves monitoring geological formations and providing critical insights to optimize drilling operations. A Bachelor of Science in Geology or prior mudlogging experience is essential, along with core skills in scientific research and technical writing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and research to assess geological formations and drilling conditions.
- Collect and interpret geological data at well sites, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and drilling teams to optimize operations and address challenges.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
