Responsibilities:

Cultivate a cohesive team culture through mentorship and empowerment, setting the standard for excellence in leadership.

Spearhead strategic initiatives to uphold regulatory compliance and surpass organizational goals.
Utilize your sales and marketing expertise to foster enduring partnerships with referral sources and stakeholders, strengthening our community's reputation and reach.

Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in executive leadership, with a track record of driving results in a senior living environment.
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and financial management, coupled with a strategic mindset to navigate complex challenges.
Innovative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for thinking outside the box to deliver creative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey our mission and goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current state certification/license in senior living management.
3-5 years of administrative experience, showcasing adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Must have PCH certification
Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including on-call availability.
