Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead the charge in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while maintaining a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery
Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Monitor cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and back-of-house facilities to uphold brand standards
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to staff
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens and guest clothing with attention to quality control
Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and custodial equipment

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial settings
Strong supervising or management experience leading housekeeping teams or janitorial staff
Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment
Familiarity with laundry operations and commercial cleaning techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments and address guest needs effectively
