About the Role
Asa Facilities Supervisor at CBRE , you will play a critical role inensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of a high‑profilepharmaceutical research and manufacturing campus. This complex environmentspans multiple buildings and more than 1.7 million square feet ofoffice, laboratory, and manufacturing space.
Inthis role, you will lead and support a team of skilled facilities specialistsresponsible for operating and maintaining building systems within tightlycontrolled operating parameters. You will oversee preventive maintenanceprograms, coordinate corrective repairs, and help ensure the continuousperformance of a wide range of industrial and critical building systems.
Successin this position requires strong collaboration and communication, as you willwork closely with the client, vendors, and contractors to manage day‑to‑daybuilding operations and support long‑term facility needs. This role sits withinCBRE’s Facilities Management function, which focuses on maximizing assetperformance while supporting Property Management on repairs, capitalimprovements, and investment planning.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise the unionizedemployees to ensure optimum performance.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities with otherdepartments within the client’s facility.
Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies,and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, regulations,cGxP procedures, specifications, and documentation practices.
Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Approve work order reports and suggestimprovements to efficiency.
Monitor the team’s performanceusing objective metrics reported monthly.
Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
Proactively evaluate current and future services, supportand make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. Maintain key relationships with client.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
Perform other duties asassigned.

What You’ll Need::

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Prior shift leader or supervisoryexperience preferred.
Knowledge of CMMS/SAP systems and pharmaceuticalexperience are both a plus.
Valid driver's license required.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills witha master- level inquisitive mindset.
Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, andmarkups.
