What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at WAVE, you will:
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
- Identify movement limitations, functional impairments, and contributing factors
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver high-quality orthopedic and movement-based Physical Therapy
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, and movement progression
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, movement, and long-term wellness
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans to support measurable outcomes
- Build strong therapeutic relationships throughout the patient experience
- Collaborate with other clinicians to improve care and clinical decision-making
- Continue developing your clinical knowledge and treatment skills
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Ohio
- Five or more years of outpatient orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, or manual therapy experience preferred
- Strong orthopedic assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience developing individualized, movement-based treatment plans
- Passion for delivering high-quality one-on-one patient care
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to continued professional and clinical development
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on patient outcomes
- Ability to confidently educate and guide patients throughout the rehabilitation process
Additional Experience We Value
Experience or advanced training in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
