At StretchLab Castro, we help people move better, feel better, and live more active lives through one-on-one assisted stretching. We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-minded Front Desk & Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and genuinely enjoys building relationships.
This role is equal parts hospitality, sales, and studio operations. You’ll be the first impression for our members and prospects — greeting clients, managing the flow of the studio, following up with leads, booking intro stretches, and helping people take the next step in improving their health and mobility.
We are not looking for someone who simply “checks people in.” We want someone who is outgoing, proactive, organized, and comfortable having real conversations that lead to bookings and memberships.
Compensation
- $20–$24/hour base pay (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming, high-end client experience from the moment someone walks in
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and website inquiries quickly and professionally
- Call, text, and follow up with leads to book intro stretches
- Convert intro sessions into memberships and packages
- Build relationships with members and remember details about their goals and preferences
- Assist with studio tours and explain StretchLab services and memberships confidently
- Manage appointment scheduling and daily studio flow
- Support membership retention and rebooking conversations
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and studio organized, clean, and professional
- Assist with local marketing events, community outreach, and member engagement initiatives
- Work closely with Flexologists and studio leadership to create a premium experience

- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, boutique fitness, or sales is preferred
- Passion for health, wellness, recovery, or fitness is a major plus

Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-end customer service experience for all members and guests
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online fitness/wellness inquiries
- Follow up with fitness and wellness leads to book intro stretch sessions
- Convert intro sessions into memberships and wellness packages
- Educate prospects on assisted stretching, recovery, mobility, flexibility, and wellness benefits
- Build relationships with members and create a welcoming studio community
- Support gym-style front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and appointment management
- Help drive membership growth through sales, outreach, and lead follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional studio environment
- Assist with local marketing events, fitness partnerships, and community outreach
- Collaborate with Flexologists and studio leadership to ensure an exceptional member experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations
- Confident recommending memberships and wellness services
- Passion for fitness, wellness, health, exercise, recovery, mobility, or athletics
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in fitness sales, gym membership sales, boutique fitness, hospitality, wellness, retail, or customer service preferred
- Experience with gyms, fitness studios, Pilates, yoga, chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, athletic recovery, or wellness brands is a plus
