Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to joint our Accounts Payable department. The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy and maintain positive vendor relationships. This role is critical in maintaining cash flow and supporting the Company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, including 3-way match

· Verify general ledger codes

· Receive and confirm raw materials daily

· Set invoices up for payment

· Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

· Maintaining vendor files with all required documentation.

· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.

· Produce monthly reports as required by department manager

· Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Qualifications

· High school or equivalent.

· 2+ years’ experience in corporate accounts payable roles, preferred.

· Proficiency in Excel, is preferred.

· NetSuite experience is a plus

· Strong math skills and high data entry accuracy.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:

$55,000 per year, experience based
