Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership's parking area, assisting guests, and supporting overall dealership operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality, customer service, and automotive environments. The Lot Attendant will ensure a positive guest experience by providing exceptional service and efficient vehicle management.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services
Assist customers with parking and retrieving vehicles in parking areas
Drive vehicles safely within dealership grounds, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and accessible
Support dealership operations by moving vehicles as needed for service or display purposes
Handle cash transactions accurately if required for services or parking fees
Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations
Perform routine inspections of the lot to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus
Ability to drive safely within parking areas and around the dealership premises
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
Experience as a delivery driver or cashier is advantageous
Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is beneficial
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Prior dealership or automotive experience is preferred but not required
