About the Flutie Foundation
The Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism was established in 1998 by former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie and his wife, Laurie, in honor of their son, Doug, Jr., who was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. Over the last 27 years, the Flutie Foundation has impacted thousands of people and families affected by autism through several programs and initiatives designed to help people with autism live life to the fullest. The Foundation also forges creative and impactful partnerships with autism self-advocates, families, organizations, and donors who share the goal of meeting the needs of people with autism today.
Position Overview
The Flutie Foundation is seeking a skilled videographer, video editor, and content creator to handle our video production and digital content efforts from concept through final cut. This role is responsible for filming, editing, and delivering compelling video content, along with supporting digital graphics and social media assets, that amplify our mission to support people with autism and their families. You'll independently shoot and edit high-impact videos and produce digital graphic assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, and evergreen brand initiatives, while managing projects that involve program participants, families, and community partners from planning through delivery. Ideal candidates are strong self-shooters and editors with a good eye for design, comfortable directing non-professional talent with care and sensitivity, and able to juggle multiple productions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
