Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Salon and Spa . This vital role combines exceptional customer service with efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills as well as customer service skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to manage front desk duties, coordinate office activities, and support our team with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries accurately and promptly.
Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars.
Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
Maintain organized filing systems, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks like proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and team members through phone etiquette and professional client interactions.

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment, ideally in a similar field.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Booking and POS software , and familiarity with productivity software.
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management and data entry is preferred.
