Job Title: Lead Operator Assembly - Coat 2nd Shift

Discover your exciting role

The role of our Coating Lead would be to coordinate the daily operations of a production team on our production floor. Foster a positive team environment, ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards while displaying the core behaviors of leader.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Build and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
Recognize and reward employee achievements to boost morale
Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload
Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks

Additional responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production procedures
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Facilitate cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Represent the company in a professional manner
Assist with other duties as assigned

Show your expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Coating thickness measurement experience preferred
Previous Spray painting experience preferred
Previous experience as a coater(Metal)
