Overview
Crawford Tree & Landscape, a VC & PE free company, providing tree and estate care since 1969, is currently adding to our team of about 45 (fully staffed) by onboarding skilled or even aspiring Plant Health Care arborists, and/or climbing (production) arborists, even Sales Arborists.

Duties
- Skilled or aspiring PHC Arborists: From the end of April to October each year you will execute, full time, foliar product applications, trunk injections (macro & micro), soil injections, and air excavation services. Then, you have these three options in fall/winter: 1) Tree Production (pruning/removal/supplemental support/grinding) and snow removal, 2) snow removal and layoff, or 3) layoff only
- Skilled Production (climbing/lift) Arborists: Climbing, aerial lift use, rigging, chipping, raking at times (we are a team), driving, mini loader and power rotating grapple operation, stump grinding, pruning, removals, supplemental support installation (cabling and bolts), etc.
- Sales Arborists: Meet with clients and leads, educate them, create then send and close Proposals, create Work Order Packets, meet with crews, and answer crew/operations/billing questions.
- Unskilled, or Arborist Apprentices: Those new to the tree care industry have options at CTL. We use MATC, the federal apprenticeship program, and our own in-house Tree Ground Operations program along with other curriculum created in-house to grow you and expose you to all that is tree care!
Qualifications We Like To See
- Experience climbing and rigging while aloft
- Valid WI Driver's License
- Insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a hair follicle (not urine) drug test (goes back 90 days)
- Other helpful qualifications: 2 or 4-year related degree, Journeyworker graduate, ISA Certified Arborist, TRAQ, CTSP, 3.0 license, CDL, etc.

Compensation
- Varies widely and is ALWAYS competitive, based on YOUR skillset and contributions, knowledge, certification level, and ATTITUDE of course!

Pay: $15.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
