Full Job Description

FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER

BLACK SHOE HOSPITALITY is seeking a Hospitality Professional to join our FOH management team. Candidates must be able to lead a staff in a positive environment, have a great work ethic and be dedicated in offering our guests great food and service. A passion for hospitality and a clear vision of what leadership means is a must.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 3 years’ experience in restaurant management

· Solid knowledge of food, cooking, wine, beer & spirits

· Exceptional level of Hospitality

· Technology proficient

· Formal education in Culinary/Hospitality is valued but not necessary

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends

RESPONSIBILITES :

· Train, lead and mentor the FOH team

· Build guest relationships

· Budget and control beverage and labor costs

· Work with Chefs to build continuity within FOH & BOH teams

· Innovative thinker with consideration of restaurant growth

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

· Work-Life Balance: Sustainable scheduling – up to 45 hours weekly.

· Compensation: Starting salary of $50,000/year (negotiable based on experience), plus a quarterly bonus program.
