Full Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

Four 10-hour shifts per week, with a set day off
On-call defined by department needs—typically 2-3 weekdays per week, plus rotating weekends and holidays

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license
At least 2 years of direct CVOR experience
Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems
Previous travel assignment experience preferred
Willingness to float within skill set, including satellite locations within a 40-mile radius

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct and specialized nursing care in the CVOR environment
Assist cardiovascular surgeons during advanced operative procedures
Anticipate instrument and supply needs with a strong attention to detail
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Flexibly adapt to different units as needed, supporting overall patient care initiatives
