As a Clinical Care Specialist, you'll become an integral member of our provider team, helping coordinate patient care, educate patients, support advanced therapies, and create the world-class experience our patients have come to expect.

What You'll Do

As a trusted member of our clinical team, you will:

Partner with providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and updating electronic medical records.
Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments within your scope of practice.
Reinforce provider recommendations and educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, lifestyle modifications, and next steps.
Coordinate specialty laboratory testing, diagnostic testing, referrals, and patient follow-up.
Support IV therapies, injections, and other integrative treatments as delegated.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure seamless communication between providers and patients.
Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Anticipate provider and patient needs to help create an efficient, concierge-level clinical experience.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Current certification or Wisconsin licensure in good standing.
Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.
Prior Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Wellness care experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting providers in a busy outpatient practice.
Experience with IV therapy, injections, or phlebotomy is beneficial but not required.
Comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
