About Third Eye Local

At Third Eye Local, we become an extension of our clients' businesses. We provide strategic marketing solutions that help locally owned companies grow through website development, social media management, digital marketing, branding, content creation, email marketing, video, GEO/SEO, and more.

We're looking for a highly organized, client-focused Marketing & Social Media Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and helping businesses succeed.

This position combines account management, project coordination, marketing execution, and strategic collaboration in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts while supporting agency partners.
Build strong, trusted client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Lead regular client communications to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with agency partners to develop marketing strategies, present ideas, review creative work, and communicate campaign performance.
Identify opportunities to expand client services based on business goals and marketing needs.
Deliver an outstanding client experience by consistently exceeding expectations.

Marketing & Project Management

Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage website updates, content creation, social media, online listings, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
Develop and maintain project timelines, manage approvals, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Assist with onboarding new clients and managing smooth account transitions.
Write, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
Perform website content updates using content management systems (CMS).
Ensure brand consistency across all client marketing efforts.

Strategy & Performance

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using website analytics, social media insights, SEO rankings, and other marketing metrics.
Assist in developing recommendations that improve campaign performance and ROI.
Support SEO best practices, content optimization, and local search initiatives.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Prepare client performance reports and communicate key insights to agency partners.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with agency partners to support client success and day-to-day account activities.
Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and other team members to deliver exceptional work.
Maintain organized project documentation and workflows.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
Contribute positively to the collaborative culture of Third Eye Local.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (Associate degree considered with relevant experience).
2-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a marketing agency environment required.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, website content management, SEO, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong client service skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with marketing platforms, social media management tools, CMS platforms, and Google Analytics is a plus.
