- Partner closely with leadership to strategize target accounts and outreach tactics
- Participate in all relevant industry events, conferences and associations to stay familiar with industry terms and solutions
- Deliver on a minimum activity standard (calls, emails, meetings set) with conversion goals
- Nurture clients you bring in to further upsell based on need
Success Metrics:
- SQLs booked per week
- 50%+ conversion of SQLs to qualified Discovery Calls
- Contribution to quarterly net-new MRR targets ($9K/quarter)

- Bonus: experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io
Compensation:
- Base: $55,000–$65,000
- OTE: $77,000–$91,000

Our Biggest Home Run This Year
What’s the biggest home run your company has hit in the past year?
This past year, ValorTech achieved a SOC 2 Type II attestation. For years, our organization has operated under formal security controls and processes, but it’s incredibly helpful to get an outside opinion on those practices. In the competitive field of managed security services, SOC 2 compliance differentiates ValorTech from its competitors; it instills client confidence, builds stakeholder trust and helps our organization remain ahead of regulations. The successful realization of our SOC 2 Type II report verifies the measures we have in place to protect client’s data and privacy.
One Word to Describe Our Culture?
Grit
Our Walk-Up Song?
“Sabotage” by Beastie Boys Because we’re here to disrupt the status quo—and we’re not quiet about it.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
ValorTech Military Grade IT Support
Our Story
We didn’t launch from a pitch deck. We built ValorTech with grit, experience, and a mission.
ValorTech started with a simple belief: IT could be done better—and with more heart. We didn’t launch to follow in the footsteps of other MSPs. We built this company to challenge the status quo and redefine what a true technology partner looks like.
Bootstrapped, battle-tested, and built on grit, ValorTech has grown into a security-first, SOC 2 Type II–compliant Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) that leads with integrity and follows through with precision. Founded by veterans, shaped by engineers, and run by people who give a damn, we’re proud to serve businesses across the Midwest and beyond with Military Grade IT Support—a standard built on discipline, resilience, and a relentless sense of responsibility.
We earned our growth the hard way, by showing up when it’s inconvenient, solving the tough problems, and earning trust one decision at a time.
Our Credo
Our core values aren’t painted on a wall or buried in a handbook. They shape every move we make—how we lead, how we serve, and how we build what’s next.
Break. Build. Repeat. We don’t just follow trends—we rethink them. Cyber threats evolve constantly, and so do we. Our solutions are built to adapt fast, hit hard, and keep our clients ahead of the curve.
We build genuine, client-first partnerships. We treat your business like it’s our own. That means boots-on-the-ground support, clear strategy, and a 24/7 commitment to keeping you protected. We don’t just support—we stand guard.
We invest in people to transform communities. From inclusive hiring to paid volunteer time, we ensure our team is supported, seen, and equipped to give back. Because strong teams build strong communities.
What Makes ValorTech Different:
- Veteran-owned, Security-first: From inception, ValorTech was built to be secure—every system, every process, every engagement.
- People-first culture: From full benefits for deployed team members to paid volunteer weeks and career development, ValorTech invests deeply in its team.
- Community Impact: Serving our clients enables us to grow—and that growth fuels our ability to give back. From supporting military families to mentoring the next generation of tech talent, we believe success should serve others.
Social Enterprise at Our Core
We’re a tech company with a conscience.
Through ValorCares Foundation, our nonprofit arm, we support deployed military families, fund cybersecurity education, and create hands-on pathways into tech for youth in underserved communities.
