Creative Home Staging & Marketing Assistant

Do you love transforming spaces, have an eye for design, and enjoy creating beautiful first impressions? Are you equally comfortable styling a room, organizing inventory, and helping keep a growing business running smoothly?

We're looking for a Creative Home Staging & Marketing Assistant to join our growing home staging team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, hands-on environment while also appreciating the importance of organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Working directly with the owner, you'll play an integral role in preparing homes for the market, coordinating staging projects, creating engaging marketing content, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. Every day is different—and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

What You'll Do

Home Staging & Design

Assist with staging consultation reports, installations, and de-staging projects.
Style homes using furniture, artwork, décor, and accessories to maximize appeal.
Organize, maintain, and manage our staging inventory and warehouse.
Prepare furniture, accessories, and supplies for upcoming staging projects.
Help transport, load, unload, and arrange staging furnishings (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.)
Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and organization of all staging inventory.

Marketing & Creative Support

Capture behind-the-scenes content and completed staging projects for social media.
Help create engaging marketing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Assist with print marketing, listing materials, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate photography and ensure homes are presentation-ready before photo day.
CRM Management

Administrative & Client Support

Coordinate staging schedules with homeowners, real estate agents, and vendors.
Maintain organized client files, calendars, and project information.
Assist with client communications via phone, email, and text.
Order business and staging supplies as needed.
Support special events, client appreciation initiatives, and other administrative projects.
Help ensure projects stay on schedule and nothing falls through the cracks.

Who You Are

Qualifications

Experience or interest in home staging, interior decorating, design, visual merchandising, or real estate is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience and a strong work ethic.
