Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Structural Steel Fabrication)
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Compensation: $23 - $30/hr (Full Time; First Shift)

Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Steel Fabricator in the Milwaukee area on their search for a CNC Machine Operator to support structural steel fabrication operations. This organization specializes in structural steel and miscellaneous metals for large-scale commercial and industrial projects and has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Role Summary:
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating Python and other CNC-controlled steel processing equipment used in the fabrication of structural steel components. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently to support production schedules.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate Python and other CNC steel processing equipment
- Review production schedules and work orders to prioritize workflow
- Load, position, and process structural steel materials
- Verify dimensions and tolerances according to shop drawings and specifications
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
- Maintain accurate production records and material tracking
- Coordinate with fabrication, welding, and shop personnel to support production flow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1+ years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment
- Experience operating Python, beam lines, drill lines, or similar steel processing equipment preferred
- Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication documents
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Ability to pass background/drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
