Job Title: 3rd Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing

Location: Waukesha, WI | 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ hours) | Long-Term | Permanent

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you won’t just manage a shift—you’ll shape culture, develop talent, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that powers critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Lead People, Not Just Processes

Inspire, coach, and support a union workforce to hit production goals safely and efficiently
Build trust, accountability, and strong team engagement on your shift

Drive Performance

Actively monitor production flow, address issues in real time, and remove barriers
Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support cost and delivery targets

Own Quality & Safety

Ensure compliance with manufacturing and engineering standards
Investigate non-conformances and safety incidents and lead corrective actions
Be a visible safety champion on the floor

Develop the Team

Support hiring decisions, onboarding, and training plans
Provide regular feedback and coaching to grow future leaders

Champion Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process, workflow, and performance improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (or equivalent hands-on leadership experience)
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Degree in Operations Management or Engineering
Experience leading in a unionized manufacturing environment
Background in engineered or industrial products
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
