Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director/Administrator to lead an established Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). This is more than a day-to-day operational role—it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on residents, families, employees, and the future direction of a growing organization.

You'll inherit a dedicated team, a beautifully renovated community, and a strong operational foundation. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll have the autonomy to lead your community while receiving the support needed to succeed.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys building culture, embraces continuous improvement, and isn't satisfied with "good enough."

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you will oversee every aspect of community operations, including:

Providing visible, servant-minded leadership to residents and employees
Leading daily operations while ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance
Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team
Creating an engaging workplace culture that attracts and retains outstanding employees
Managing budgets, financial performance, occupancy, and operational goals
Ensuring compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements
Developing strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, healthcare providers, and the local community
Identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement
Working collaboratively with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support organizational growth

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses:

Previous experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, or comparable leadership role within a Wisconsin CBRF, RCAC, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing community
Strong knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 regulations
Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
Financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and expense control
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A servant-leader mindset with high emotional intelligence
A commitment to providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service

Qualifications

Wisconsin CBRF Administrator certification (or ability to obtain if applicable)
Minimum 3-5 years of senior living leadership experience preferred
Experience managing budgets, staffing, regulatory compliance, and daily operations
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
