Mo's Irish Pub, a beloved Irish American Sports Pub, originated in Milwaukee in 2003 known for its scratch food, Perfect Pints, and spirited hospitality.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. This leadership position requires strong managerial skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Oversight: Drive sales performance, control costs, and manage budgetary guidelines to optimize profitability.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate front of house staff, ensuring adherence to company High Standards and fostering a positive work environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily front of house operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Guest Experience: Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, build regulars, and handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as liquor laws and company policies.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to execute special events, private parties, and promotions effectively.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with customers and staff.
- Solid understanding of financial aspects of restaurant management including P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced, and potentially stressful environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in Food Handling and Alcohol Service.
- Proven track record of increasing sales during lunch, dinner and late night day parts.
