Full Job Description

Lifespan is seeking to add to our small group practice.

Who We Are

Lifespan Psychotherapy brings compassion and creativity to mental health counseling while helping clients sort out their problems safely.

Lifespan Psychotherapy has been in business for ten years. We have a well-established customer base in Hartland, and our office is accessible from many directions. The therapists at Lifespan help clients recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and many other issues. We also work with individuals who struggle with addiction.

Lifespan sees clients as young as four and up throughout the lifespan. Our clinicians see clients individually, in a group setting, as couples and families. Some of our clinicians specialize in OCD/Anxiety, LGBTQ concerns, Personality Disorders, Expressive Arts, young adults mental health and more.

Who Is A Good Fit

If you are still in graduate school and seeking an internship, Lifespan may be a fit. During your internship you will receive client hours and good supervision.

If you are a new graduate with a counseling degree, Lifespan may be a good fit for you. Lifespan can ramp up your schedule and provide good supervision during your three thousand hour, as well as additional skills training.

If you are indendently licensed and you are seeking a new place to hang your shingle, Lifespan may be a good fit for you. We offer a nice team environment, superivsion and administrative support. Lifespan takes care of all the billing.

Potential Hours

Hours are flexible. As clinicians we need to be available when clients are available. After school and in the evening, as well as during the day. Our office is currently open on Saturdays. Sundays could be available, if someone wants to work on Sunday.

Compensation

Interns and LPC-IT's earn 50% of their billing.

Independently licensed clinicians earn 60% of their billings.

These are contract positions.
