We have an exciting opportunity for you to a make a difference! Join our Team and have the opportunity to grow with us!

We are looking for Operators to work in our Germantown & Richfield, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Medical Industry! Our Operators are responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components.

This role offers a starting wage of $21/hour.

What we want from you:

A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented to visually inspect parts, pack parts, and complete paperwork per the work instructions
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment
Willingness to be cross trained
Proven reliability to work scheduled shifts and be on time everyday

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

Passion for Quality
Must have a positive attitude that promotes our culture
Fully aligned with MGS's Core Values - Teamwork, Passion, Integrity, Safety
Willing and able to stand and rotate between presses for the 12-hour shift
The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and the use of wrist and hands
Required to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards
Previous manufacturing experience a plus, not required
Possess adequate math and reading skills

12-hour shift schedule (7-7)
- 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, working 3 days one week (36 hours) and 4 days the next (48 hours) allows for days off during the week and OT every other week.
- Approximately, 75 less work days per year working on our 12-hour shift schedule.
MGS offers new hires the ability for vacation time each month
