Company Overview

Splash Clinical was founded in 2011 to help solve the problem of patient enrollment in clinical trials by leveraging the power of social media, data analytics and mobile technologies. It is our mission to help make a difference in the lives of patients across the globe by connecting them with the right clinical trials.

The Customer Service Representative will be a key player in the growth of Splash’s support of clinical research study sites. Our engagement services support clinical research study sites and study participants (patients), playing an integral part in improving patient enrollment for clinical trials, via phone and on-site 5 days a week. We are looking for a team player to assist in taking us to the next level in offering meaningful and successful services to our clients!

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, and email:

Engage with clinical research sites through regular follow-up calls to support clinical studies and assist in increasing patient referrals
Conduct secondary screening calls to potential study participants to assist research sites in pre-qualifying patients
Collaborate and share ideas with Splash Clinical leadership to implement new and improved patient and study support initiatives

Key Position Success Criteria for the position of Site Engagement Coordinator:

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and/or relationship management experience
An enjoyment of a fast-paced workplace that involves managing and working on multiple projects.
A great team attitude and the ability to collaborate with the Splash Clinical teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
