Full Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Vendor Manager to oversee and optimize relationships with third-party vendors supporting their claims operations. This role is responsible for vendor performance, cost control, compliance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational goals and customer expectations.

5+ years of experience in claims operations, vendor management, or insurance services.
Strong knowledge of claims processes (property, auto, or casualty preferred).
Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
