Job Overview
All Around Services LLC is seeking an experienced FTTH Field Manager to oversee fiber operations throughout the West Fort Worth, Mineral Wells, Decatur, and Bridgeport areas.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for a proven field leader who understands FTTH operations, can effectively manage technicians and contractors, troubleshoot fiber issues, and keep daily production moving.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable leading from the field, solving problems as they happen, maintaining quality standards, and holding technicians accountable for production and workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Manage FTTH field technicians and contractors
- Monitor daily production and job completion
- Coordinate field priorities and technician workloads
- Keep technicians productive and jobs moving
- Read and understand fiber prints and maps
- Troubleshoot difficult installations and service issues
- Perform or assist with fusion splicing when needed
- Handle field escalations and resolve problems quickly
- Maintain installation and workmanship standards
- Address production delays, failed jobs, and field issues
- Communicate production updates and field concerns to management
- Help ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to technicians in the field
Required Experience & Qualifications
FTTH experience is required.
Qualified applicants should have:
- Previous FTTH field experience
- Experience managing field technicians and/or contractors
- Ability to read and understand fiber prints and maps
- Fusion splicing experience
- Strong fiber troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle escalations and solve field problems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain production timelines
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the West Fort Worth, Mineral Wells, Decatur, and Bridgeport service areas
Experience as an FTTH Field Manager, Fiber Supervisor, Fiber Lead, Field Supervisor, or similar telecommunications leadership position is strongly preferred.

Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 per year
Compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and operational needs.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Background Requirements
